elindra SG We have been paying off our debts since the day we got married. 1 more year and it's like 3 years to clear off the debts I guess I'm lucky I don't have study loans to pay off like my brother I think SO should have finished paying his By end of next year I think we should clear everything except for the mortgage

elindra SG About 43k excluding furnishings and electronics I think if you add in furnishing, mattress covers, TV etc etc my total house reno is about 75-80k
